We have had wonderful caregivers for mom. The current caregiver, Jennifer, is the best of the best. She’s loving, caring, engaging and mom really enjoys her company. Jennifer has even taken her outside for “walks” around the block. Mom laughs and smiles, talks and more when Jennifer is here. I am relaxed when she’s here. Thank you for sending a real Angel! I rate them a 5 star.

after trying repeatedly to communicate with office and management, I was repeatedly lied to by Chad. owner, Rochelle wouldn't even return my calls.

Unfortunate you feel this way Denise as we believe the experience of care was very different from our point of view. We had loads of communication with you and your family and even tried to come and talk to you in person several times when you were home to address your concerns but you chose to leave the home when we were on our way over to talk with you because we couldn’t get you on the phone. Our standard of care is very high and we welcome feedback but in this case we know we did everything we could to help!
