Recently we got Visiting Angels for our mother. Doris is So Wonderful, she is a true friend to our mother, not just a caregiver. We love her, everyone is happy and we thank visiting Angels of Plano! I highly recommend.
I'd rate these folks 10 stars if I could -- they are truly incredible! The caregivers are all incredibly compassionate, many have healthcare backgrounds or cared for their own loved ones in the past. Initially, our care needs varied almost daily, and Heather the scheduler is truly a magician -- she responded within minutes moment by moment with exactly the staff needed that day. Can't ask for better! Thanks for the great experience!
The longer I stay employed by Visiting Angels the more pleased and impressed I am with how far out of their way they go to show they appreciate their caregivers. They are flexible with our schedule, etc so long as we show up and provide the type of care people deserve. I am very passionate about caring for people. I appreciate all of the staff for their hard work. I have worked for other agencies and none of them come close to Visiting Angels.
All the care givers from Visiting Angels have been wonderful. They take care of my wife’s needs and provide great care for her
They will wrongfully fire you. This company will allow you to work in homes that have bad living conditions and expect you to BEND their policy rules in order to be considered a “great caregiver” Roaches, rats, and you will be at risk of heath conditions. All issues go unresolved. I have messages proving that they are SNOBBY even if you approach any situation to them professionally.
