I had the unfortunate experience of using Visiting Angels for my elderly father's care, and it was nothing short of a nightmare. The caregivers they provided were unprofessional and lacked the necessary training. On multiple occasions, they arrived late, and some didn't show up at all, leaving my father alone and vulnerable. I applied here over six months ago, but I never received any updates on my application, even after the phone and in-person interviews, submitting all the necessary documents and requirements. Despite being told they would contact me if something came up, I never heard from them again. Even when I reached out to inquire about my application status, they simply said it would be forwarded to the appropriate department. It’s a complete waste of time, gas, and money for nothing.

I am so appreciative of visiting angels. This is honestly the best place to work. I love their value and morals they stand on. We have the best caregivers and we love our clients. I was paired with a client who had post op surgery and it was great. They acknowledge and appreciate us caregivers and the hard work and love we do which is very hard to find. Thank you for being the best job ever .
