I called brandi as a fellow owner of another Franchise in their field and she was super nice and so willing to help me out and provide information. I could tell by how she talked to me that she would be a very kind and caring person, and in this field/business this goes a long way
No stars applies… after surgery needed some home care… helper was taking my meds.. I fired her… found I had no recourse from mgmt… be aware
When my mom was discharged from the hospital in late December 2025, we made a family decision to have hospice care for mom at our home. And as wonderful as hospice care was, we quickly realized that 24/7 care was needed. After calling around we decided to have Visiting Angels of Snohomish County be the provider. Such a great agency! Not only were the Angels extraordinary, but the case manager, Kallie, went out of her way to help us by going above and beyond her duties in a very difficult situation and time for us. The service feels like concierge service! Highly recommend!
From the first call to Amber (our amazing coordinator) to her coming to the house and bringing the Angels (care team) we have had nothing but a smooth and wonderful experience. I cannot recommend this group enough if you have a loved one that you need help with! They are professional, caring, kind and an immense relief to have in our lives.
