Such a great agency! Not only were the Angels extraordinary, but the case manager, Kallie, went out of her way to help us by going above and beyond her duties in a very difficult situation and time for us. The service feels like concierge service! Highly recommend!
From the first call to Amber (our amazing coordinator) to her coming to the house and bringing the Angels (care team) we have had nothing but a smooth and wonderful experience. I cannot recommend this group enough if you have a loved one that you need help with! They are professional, caring, kind and an immense relief to have in our lives.
My grandma needed to come home from the hospital and was not safe to come home alone. My mom and I called a couple of places and Visiting Angels was the quickest to answer our call and help us. Everyone was so nice and we felt taken care of. They came out to the hospital to meet with the family and had everything set up for her to come home within a couple of days! My dad was in a memory care home and declined majorly. Brandi was so helpful! She found the very best caregiver for my dad. My mom lives 700ft away and is able to visit my dad anytime.
