We were blessed to have a Personal Care Assistant visit my mom, twice a week, for a couple of hours each day. My mom benefitted mentally, physically, and emotionally. Mom physical space was neater since the PCA helped her clean her kitchen counter and dresser top items. My mom enjoyed getting to know someone new and having compassion for someone else, which pulled her out of only thinking about what happens in her condo. Best company, Best boss I have ever had. I enjoy the one-on-one with my clients. I have met some amazing people, learned amazing things, and made amazing memories. I feel valued and I never want to leave.
This is the worst company they act like they care about their employees and clients but they don’t they only out for the money and their selves which is plain out ridiculous if your gonna run a company you need to care about every one not just making a dollar these people will lie to get what they want then change in a heart beat after they get it
