Optometrist left me sitting in the waiting room for 35 minutes- nobody came out to talk to me why my appointment was delayed. Poor service will never go back to that office again

Had a great experience during my eye exam and eyeglasses selection. Staff were very patient with me (I do not do well at the eye doctor!) and explained things in ways that were easy to understand. I felt very comfortable and like I was given the time and attention we don't often see anymore when it comes to appointments like these. Thank you so much!
