I always love the interactions I have with ALL of the workers. They are always polite and very professional. They make the process seem so seamless. I had my eye exam on April 9th and always love the frames they have there but this time then I special ordered in the mail a pair of glasses i previously bought from there years ago and were able to request to have my lenses put in and both processes were wonderful. This is why I keep coming back and have been for years. Thank you...

Friendly and helpful staff
Several years ago I purchased a pair of prescription sunglasses at this store. One of the lenses held in by a nylon type wire came out. I stopped in the store and the manager repaired the glasses, for free, and called me an our or so later to pick them up. That's definitely good customer service and support.
