Very clean office. Kind and friendly staff. The GM, Damon helped me with an eyewear issue, and he spent time researching the materials various contact lenses were made of. He also showed me the history of contact lens making from an educational book in-office. Well above-and-beyond my expectations!
Very nice people at both doctors office and eye glasses center
This was our second visit to the store, especially because we had an excellent experience the first time. However, this time, when we went to pick up the glasses, we noticed that the lenses did not match the model and color my wife had selected at the time of purchase. We spoke with the manager, Damon, who informed us that the type of lens requested would not be possible for that specific frame, and therefore they made a different alternative. After a frustrating experience at Stanton Optical, my visit to Visionworks in Simpsonville was a complete turnaround and that was entirely because of Drew. Found my place ! So grateful I found this place. Everybody was super pleasant and helpful, dr. Nigh provided an excellent care and options for the solution (3 different prescriptions for contacts to try). On another occasion Damon, the manager was exceptional, spent probably around 40 min on checking my very much off the prescription glasses that I ordered somewhere else online, explained in detail what was wrong with them and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
