Great customer service!
We had such a great experience here! My child went in for their first eye exam and was a little nervous. Everything was fully explained before anything was done, they asked my child for consent before touching them, gave my child options to make them feel more comfortable, gave exact pricing up front, and were very quick and efficient. I don't have a single negative thing to share honestly. Thank you!
Great service very knowledgeable
Wife and I both had our eye exams done and purchased our eye wear. We like the how they explain thing clearly pertaining to your eyes and sight. We received a few discounts from our insurance and they also included some discounts for buy one get one half off. Over all a good experience. We like the location very accessible and easy parking. Total visit time was less than 1 hour. Dr Mitchell and his staff does a very good job.
