The employees here were very welcoming, accommodating, professional, caring. They help me work out what my insurance coverage was, chatted very friendly, help me pick out the perfect lenses for me. Everything went smoothly and they spent as much time with me as I needed. There was no rush at all. I highly recommend attending their business.
My prescription was great. Sales Associates picked out the perfect frame. When I picked up my glasses there were no adjustments needed. Liked them so much I bought another pair for my computer wear.
I brought my mother to get her glasses repaired, and Bella did it for us quick and for free! So sweet!
I had lost a screw on my glasses so I went to Visionworks and had the pleasure of dealing with Sam. Apparently fixing them wasn't as straightforward as I had thought but a few minutes later he produced my now fixed and cleaned up glasses. Additionally I was surprised when he told me there would be no charge. I highly recommend Visionworks in Knightdale and Sam in particular.
I just left there for an emergency eyeglass repair. Sam was professional and polite. He did a great job fixing my glasses. I’d make them my homebase if I lived in the area.
