The staff at the Knightdale location were the best! Sam was so helpful and made the whole process painless and got me a great price on everything.
The Visionworks in Knightdale is a very well-managed complete eyecare center. I was promptly, and professionally greeted by Bella when I entered the store. I explained to her I was there for an eye exam appointment, but I didn't know if they accepted my insurance. She kindly said to me that they did not, but she did give me two referrals elsewhere that possibly did. I left the store, and went into the parking lot to try those referrals. Brittany and Bella was the best their customer service was awesome They helped me find the perfect glasses for me. I felt like I knew them they deserve 100 stars and a raise. Thank you ladies for all your help and making me feel comfortable with your friendly attitude.
Best staff, selection of glasses, customer service even after you receive your glasses.
I brought a pair of old sunglasses in and they were so kind to repair them and provide me a case for free.
