Brittany and Bella were angels in my door time of need and on a scale of 1 to 10, get a 399. I cannot express my gratitude enough. This has been the best eye experience I've ever had. They even fixed my glasses that were in shambles, so I could drive home. Thank you ladies, so much.
I had a really disappointing experience at Visionworks in Knightdale. My eye exam itself was flawless the doctor did a great job, and the doctor’s assistant was very professional. But the front desk service, especially from Carrie, was truly unprofessional, rude, and obnoxious. When it came time to pick out new frames, I sat there for about 20 minutes trying to get her attention. Great staff! attentive, great energy, and very knowledgeable and courteous! The vision link process was so technologically advanced and impressive! Not my first time going since moving to the area. My family and I love it. We are treated with kindness and respect!
