I was apprehensive after reading a lot of negative reviews but the staff and process was seamless. I was made aware of all charges and what my insurance covered right away before deciding on frames and any upgrades. The staff was pleasant and very helpful, definitely will be back in the future.

Had a lady named Tayshna say she was the manager. The manager is Jesse Gonzalez. This after they lied about the only way to see a doctor is by getting a retinal scan. Then having the doctor state it is recommended but not required. Next, after paying for a contact fitting to be done that day; they take payment only to say it has to be scheduled out. The phone queue never leads to a live person. Just forget about calling or doing the live chat. Once you order glasses, you will have to wait very long and chase them down, in person to pick them up! Customer service is NONEXISTENT!
Everyone was very friendly and helpful. i didn't have to wait very long and they have a great selection of frames.

My husbands glasses are damaged. Called to get him in for an appointment to get a prescription and new lenses for his glasses. They said the soonest they have is December 22nd. His glasses are damaged to the point he can’t use them. Asked if they could just order him some new lenses. They said no. I called back. Asked for his prescription. Waited on hold for 10 minutes until someone answered. Finally answered, and she said his prescription is way expired, his exam was in August of 2018. Terrible, it’s been a month and still haven’t received my contacts. Then to even pick up my glasses i have to wait 3 weeks. Yeah never again.
Highly recommend the Howell store best service ...
