I’ve frequented Owensboro Bizer’s numerous times and usually receive decent service. The price is usually suffice so I don’t worry about special service . Unfortunately 2 of my last 3 visits have been horrendous. I only returned because one of the visits was out of state . I guess things are tough all over I needed frames for my bifocal lenses.
