very disappointed today. the staff suggested I spend over $200 out of pocket instead of waiting on insurance in just 2 weeks, would not let me buy 1 pair of trial contacts... left me with No way to see until then, seemed to have no compassion on the matter. Recommendedamazing and friendly staff
The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. As soon as I arrived I was greeted by a staff member and they hand held me throughout the process. I really enjoyed my experience. For years I have been going to the Hamburg Location but I have officially been recruited to this location. The staff truly has your best interest, especially if you give them the knowledge of how much you really want to spend.
Sitting here right now. Need to have surgery on my left eye. The lady that is suppose to do the scheduling DOES NOT have a clue. So I guess I will try to find someone. She is so rude Really she doesn't know her job.
Trip #5 for s simple prescription and standing 10 minutes to even be acknowledged. I will NOT be back. To top it all off they didn’t even clean the dots off the glasses and I have the FREE pair with the wrong lenses. Guess I will have to donate them.
Service was terrible. Three people waiting to be served and we were just IGNORED! I’ve been a customer for many many years. That ended today. I do NOT recommend vision works to anyone unless you have a huge amount of time for an interminable wait.
It was a good experience staff was very friendly and helpful. I am definitely going back next time.
Me and my girl came here to get lenses put in our glasses and they got us in and out same day service with a 25% discount.
The staff is friendly and Dr. Ahmad is very kind
