I got the best service and attention 3/7/26 at the Beachwood store. Even though they were extremely busy, they treated me like I had an appointment and like my time was important. They worked as a well oiled machine together and I saw every customer that came in before get the attention they needed. I felt valued. Thank you for helping me find my new face.
When they have staff, it’s great. That’s a load-bearing qualifier because they’re not sufficiently staffed most of the time I’ve visited. I just needed to exchange my glasses after a week of headaches trying to adjust. The woman behind the counter tried to talk me out of it and then i waited half an hour before finally giving up as i saw no movement in the line of several ahead of me. Really disappointed in the experience here lately.
Thanks for the excellent service n wonderful staff. Businesses can spend thousands in advertising but without a good employees then is a waste of $$$
