Great experience at the Montgomery Mall Visionworks today! Staff is awesome, and a great selection of frames. Wonderful customer service. Had an eye exam, and got 2 new pair of glasses... a great deal. I highly recommend them !!!
The optometrists and sales support staff at the Montgomery Mall location were very informative, helpful and patient with all of my questions regarding insurance and eye care.
Optician I spoke to today was not helpful
I wear 2 sets of glasses stacked on each other so I can see my computer and my artwork. If it wasn't for the VisionWorks staff recommending that I could get one set of glasses that do both, I would still be sitting here looking like 4 eyes (literally). They have been so kind and helpful with my situation and making sure I get the best deal for my finances. And . . .here's a crazy story. Unfortunately not a five star review. This is a place that takes our insurance. My 11 year old got glasses and then we went back for contacts. Visionworks scheduled a session for a technician to show my son how to put the contacts in and take them out. Parents are not involved in training session. (If you want to call it that.....he put them in once and out once). We asked about being able to watch so we could help if there was an issue. They didn't allow us to participate.
