By far the worse customer service ever. I had an appointment on 9/19. My daughter needs Biofinity contacts and they take about 5 weeks to come in, give or take. Said they would call as soon as they were in. Well it is almost 8 weeks and I have not received a call. I have called several times, I am talking about 100 times. Of those times, no one answers and there is no voicemail. I have tried multiple days multiple times to reach an associate live by phone at the Montgomeryville Visionworks store. Yesterday September 29 I tried no less than 12 times throughout the day starting at 11 AM ending at 5:30 PM. What do I have to do to speak with an associate live at that store?

Have been a customer of Visionworks for over ten years. Have used two other sites. This site by far- located at the Montgomery Mall- had the best staff. They have great customer service! Despite being very busy, I was greeted in a friendly manner by two staff. I did have to wait but it was not too long and staff knew I was there. Came here for the first time after using another company for 20 years just because they take our insurance. I could not have been more pleased or impressed by our service. Nemo was great and friendly. Made purchasing contacts so much less painful that it’s ever been. Saved us a lot too!! Looks like we found a new contacts and glasses provider for our family!
