I just was in the store for 2 hrs and 40 mins with no apology or anything. They never told me there was that long of a wait or that they were even running behind when I got there. If it wasn’t a day off of work for me I would’ve left. No compensation or anything. I hate when I am treated like my time is not as precious as someone else’s. Will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.
Had a 10 AM appointment for my husband and a 10:20 AM appointment for myself the appointments went smooth however when we went to get our glasses we stood around for 40 minutes waiting for someone to check us out with our glasses picks. They continue to wait on customers that came in after us and when we let them know that we had an appointment we were told everyone has appointments and that they’re short staffed would not recommend to anybody

I waited 3 hours and once I had my examination they said my insurance wouldn’t cover the visit I was wondering why did they call me the day before my visit to run my insurance and now I’m not covered I paid $500 for lenses and an examination that not including frames I bought in my frames I’m upset they wouldn’t tell me this before I waited 3 hours and before the examination Most unprofessional office ever
