You lost a sale this afternoon. I spotted frames i liked for a second pair. After don't move. Stay there. Don't touch. I tried you. I will NOT be back!!! I will find them online. Sorry i am dressed casual. I do not dress big time for work. I ruin my clothes with chemicals. I will find another pair elsewhere. I will find another eye doctor. Your loss

Great experience. Staff using gloves & masks. Appointment on time. explained promos. Ron was extremely helpful. Can't wait to get my new glasses! Highly recommend!
I had excellent service from the eye exam to finding a pair of glasses. Ron is definitely my go to person for glasses! He lets you know what looks great on you and what doesn’t. I like the honesty and great service! Who could ask for more!!
It was mine and my husband first visit with vision works. Let me tell you that the service is phenomenal! Ruth helped me Ron helped my husband and Dr. Frank was our doctor. From start to finish , they were so helpful and thorough. I can't forget to mention the woman who conducted our cataract test etc. (Sorry I forgot her name). Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Thank you
Very friendly staff they take the time to help you find frames that are right for you and explain all your options. Dr. Frank always does a thorough exam.
Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Ron was especially diligent in getting me just the right frames. Very comfortable atmosphere, didn't feel rushed. I highly recommend this business. I will definitely be back!
WENT THERE SUNDAY AFTER NOT BEING ABLE TO FIND MY GLASSES AND THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND MY EXPECTATIONS. GREAT STAFF AND FRIENDLY KIND PEOPLE AND THE COST WAS VERY REASONABLE
