RecommendedRon helped me to pick out my glasses and fitted them for me. He took so much time with me and was extremely patient. He spent at least 45 minutes helping me to find just the right pair. I would highly recommend Vision Works to anyone!
My 7 year old son had his first eye exam today. I was nervous about how he was going to react to the testing and the equipment. The staff at this location went out of their way to make him feel comfortable! They answered all of his questions and were super patient with everything! The optometrist and the staff were amazing and I think we've found our permanent eye doctor 😊

Had a great experience here. Everyone was friendly and I was treated quickly. Shout out to Ron! Have had his help in the past and I was once again treated like an old friend. He is such a nice guy, and so helpful. He is good at his job and puts the extra effort in to help you with choosing your glasses.

Sometimes, in our busy lives, we get a pleasant surprise, such as my recent visit to the Greengate Centre Visionworks. I have been to many different eyeglass places over the years and recognize excellent customer service when I see it. Sue was so patient and helpful from eyeglass selection to final try-on at pick-up. She made the entire experience perfect...I could tell she loves her job and I appreciated how well I was treated.
