RecommendedGreat service!! Awesome people! I have been going to this place since the 90's... Doctor Silhouette was my optometrist. Sadly, but deservingly, he retired. Your visit usually only takes about an hour ... I didn't go in because all I needed was a refill on my contacts so I called. I gave them another chance to check my eyes and correct my glasses. I was told to wear them for a couple of days for my eyes to get adjusted!! I did and again could not see out of them and got migraines from wearing them. I had to return them for a refund so I could go else where to get glasses I could see out of. they refunded my benefits however they did not refund the eye exam benefits. very sad. because of your mistake I must now pay out of pocket to get an eye exam some place else. Been going here for years my daughter and I totally recommend going here . The staff is always so friendly and nice !
Waste of time. Great selection but you sit and wait while watching employees talk and wast time. Not worth wasting a day just for an eye exam. Even with an appointment you wait 2/3 hours to see a doctor.
The Doctors were Great!!! But.... we have Great Insurance, and “Supposedly “ they were have Buy One Get One FREE. Our Insurance PAYS for the Complete pair of glasses, but we were NOT given the 2nd pair because they said WE didn’t pay for them. That’s NOT good business, they got paid for the First Complete pair, we should have gotten the 2nd pair. We won’t be going back to them in the future, and that was the Only reason we went there. Very Disappointed 😞
