RecommendedI finally found a Dr who gave me the right prescription. Dr. Granger was filling in a couple of times at the Alexandria office. He did an excellent job usually my prescription is off but this time I can actually see. Thanks Dr Granger for your help!
They are very nice and on game getting my eyes checked . But Don’t go there I went n sit for hours trying on frames n picking out lense and everything. Had to call back with insurance information . When I called to complete my order they had none of my paperwork . Had only prescription cause was listed under the dr information. Now I have to find a place to get glasses . Elisa and all the girls were wonderful in the front.. Helped us get the most for our money.. And the eye doctor was so sweet... Very personable.. I would highly recommend this place... Best customer service!!!!

I went to Visionworks in Alexandria Mall today. I had excellent service from Elaine and Beatrice. The staff worked very well together as customers came in and out of the store!!
The Doctor experience is great. My daughter had her first eye exam and the doctor helped her so much. She made the ecoerience wonderful for my child. I would recommend this vision works for everything.
Was very satisfied with the exam. Only had to wait 3 days for the glasses to be ready. Good selection of frames. Worked with Elaina as did last time. Will be back next weekend to pick up husbands glasses. 5 stars!
