Bought my daughter's glasses there in spite of the bad reviews on yelp. I bought the warranty, she broke her frames. I called them and they told me there was no charge for repair, then I went in and they said there was no charge for repair. When they called to tell us the glasses were ready, they then told us there was a $10 copay. I'm said that's not what we were told, she said she's sorry but a new employee told us the wrong thing. Shout out to the awesome staff at Batavia Visionworks for fixing a pair of very important glasses for one of my little turkeys at work! You guys rock!
Kim was amazing from the minute I called to make my appointment until the minute I walked out!!! She went above and beyond and truly helped me out in narrowing down glasses that fit my needs. She's amazing! Alexis was polite and courteus when I walked in, and very attenative in getting me all set up. The doctor was awesome, very nice and efficient. VERY pleased with my entire visit at this location!
