Went in today for my 320 pm appt. I had made the appt online and was then told that their online booking site hasn't been working properly and they haven't been getting notified of any online bookings. She then went to check and they were completly booked. So I couldn't get in for my appt for a problem she said that IT is aware of. Why are you allowing online bookings???? RecommendedI cannot say ENOUGH for the Batavia IL store!!! I have been the biggest PAIN and the entire staff here has been so accommodating to me and all my needs! I bought a pair of glasses and sunglasses and have had soooo many issues with my “sunglasses preference” and Alexis, Ashley and there was another lady who has been nothing short of wonderful!!! I will recommend you to all my friends and family!!
Ashley helped me so much! She helped me find my glasses and is such a good stylist with me trying to find what pair to get, I wouldn’t have gotten the pair I did if it wasn’t for her. The other doctor that did my pre-eye test was very nice. First time here, there very nice people!!!! Totally recommend.
I have to say that Alexis and Newney are incredible representatives of VW - they are so customer-focused and helped us beyond what the norm is at any retail establishment. You should really take pride in having them as part of your team and please - give them something special, they treat my family of four great every single time we call or come in!! 😀
The doctor and staff were fantastic, and explained everything about their products and offers clearly and succinctly. They have an excellent selection of frames that run the gamut of prices. I recommend this location.

The staff at this location are absolutely wonderful! took the time to help me select nice frames! i also able to do the BOGO with a pair of sunglasses for my summer trip 👓
