Not very nice and friendly people over there, only Devin and Christine, third year taking my son over there but trust me it won’t be a fourth year, keep giving it a try year after year thinking it might get better, but NOPE, dr is not friendly at all and do not communicate with you or make you feel welcome, seems like I had to ask everything, would not recommend this facility to anyone...
I had an eye exam and ordered contacts almost 2 weeks ago. They told me it would be 3 - 5 days and they still are not in yet. Everytime I call they give me a different reason for why they aren't in. I'm still waiting on a call back to get a refund and my prescription to order elsewhere.
