I ordered lenses for my sons sports goggles on dec 4th. I was called and told they have arrived. I went to the location 4 separate occasions and the goggles were no where to be found. I purchased the goggles from an outside vendor. Mind you I was give multiple stories about the weather etc. today I went in and the manager told me they don’t know where the goggles are. Been going there for years haven’t had a problem yet. But due to Covid things has been a little bit slow just be patient I did
They have horrible customer service. Nobody ever answers the phones. They overbook themselves and are never on time. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
Do not both trying to call. I have been on hold for over 20 minutes calling the store location.
Trying to get a hold of VisionWorks is a joke! I have been trying to call every day for over two weeks. No one ever answers the phone. Every day I have called at least once and waited for over 45 minutes on hold EVERY DAY! No one ever answers. I have tried their chat feature that is supposedly open from 9am - 6pm. I have been waiting for more than 35 minutes and no one has responded. WORST SERVICE EVER!
Worst place ever, new place but same old stinking and unprofessional attitude 🙄🙄🙄 12 o’clock appointment for my son yearly check up, FIFTY mins later still waiting, apparently the computers are down, THE AC IS DOWN AND SITTING IN HERE WITH A MASK 😷 NO ONE TO SAY SOMETHING TO US OR EVEN OFFER A FAN OR TO RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT, so apparently it’s a sitting and waiting game😡😡😡
Quick service and everyone is very helpful with my daughter, she’s been getting her glasses there since she was in kindergarten and she’s in 10th grade now.
My new progressive bifocals are perfect!
