I scheduled my appt 2 weeks ago and they called me to reschedule which I didnt have any issues with them. They sent me an email asking me for my insurance information which I answered. I receved a call today asking me for the same information and when I was trying to explain that I already did that, she cut me off and treat me like a liar. I dont think they know how to work with technology they have yet. Lets see how my appt go. This is def not a good start for a new client.
Eye exam was fast and efficient, but then I had to stand around for 25 minutes waiting for someone to assist me with frames. I finally just left. Other customers who came in after me were getting waited on...not sure what the reason I couldn't get helped was.
The customer service has drastically improved since the last time I was there. I actually had an opportunity to interact, laugh, and enjoy my experience. They got me in-and-out over my lunch hour and the price for contact lenses is always competitive.
The staff seemed attentive and caring and professional. I love the they took care of my cousin and the selection of frames were endless

Visionwork should be closed down I had been there every 2days get my glasses fix they tell lies scam artists are the worst I had seen in my life time I will be calling the press etc to explore them to tell people don't go there
My experience was horrible! I had to take my 19 month old in for new glasses and after checking in and letting them know I needed a prescription filled for a toddler, I waited over an hour just to then be told they don't carry glasses for babies/toddlers. Very disappointed in this place and the customer service
