Visionworks strives to help their clients to the best of their abilities and are very helpful with everything. They work to get you the best choice in glasses at the best price. The employees are sweet and kind and care for their clients. I really love going to Visionworks for my eye care. Someone who has been to other vision facilities would choose Visionworks time and time again.
It was amazing, got the glass I wanted at a great price. Very friendly workers and made my first eye exam in a long time a spectacular eye exam!
All 3 of my daughters had an eye exam on Friday February 1, and they had a great experience dr. Patel was great with them she talked with them, had a few laughs but all in all a great experience. They found the glasses they wanted and sat down with Victoria she helped my daughter find the right glasses for her, my daughter says she was very friendly and nice. We were in and out of there pretty quickly.
Arrived early for our two back-to-back appointments. Gave them our insurance information according to the procedures listed on our insurance website. The front desk claimed they could not find our insurance and refused to call the company to see what the problem was. We spent the next 40 minutes calling our human resources and insurance company ourselves. HR confirmed that the information we gave Visionworks was the only identification available.
