Worse experience ever. I made an appointment on Saturday online because they never answer their phone. It let me schedule 3 appointments for my kids for today Thursday. I got an email and a text to confirm my appointments. Then the day before I get a call from them that they had to cancel my first appointment because the computer allowed me to schedule one when there was one already in there. RecommendedThis is a busy place, you must be patient esp now with covid protocol. They take temps on arrival and sanitize every pair of frames you touch. Venecia was so friendly and very helpful, saved me money too! I’ll definitely be back

I just went to pick up my glasses. The girl that was helping the lady ahead of me just walked away after helping her without even acknowledging me. I waited at the counter for at least five minutes and still NOT any acknowledgement from the other two employees that were in there. Friendly professional service very helpful they took good care of me they went above and beyond making sure I was happy with my selection and answer all my questions.
I just had a great experience at Visionworks! Eric was an outstanding employee! He was very friendly, outgoing and made the appointment a breeze! Definitely recommend!
It is impossible to get in contact with the store. I have an appointment scheduled and I want to cancel it because nobody ever answers the phone and theres no other way to get in contact with them.
