I was referred to this Visionworks by a salesperson working in a nearby store that also sells glasses (yes, the "competition"). I couldn't have been happier. I was IMMEDIATELY acknowledged and assistance was offered when I entered the store. LEAH was friendly, helpful, and gave me her honest opinion about the various frames. She clearly explained the pricing, the sales, the wait time...I will gladly return to this location in the future, and also tell my friends

Highly recommend this Visionworks location. After a quick yet comprehensive eye exam through Bridgetown (located within the store), Anita helped me pick out a frame and walked me through the various features available for my new lenses. Thanks to her, I was able to get my prescription squared away in one short trip -- with everything I needed, nothing I didn't.
Excellent service! I didn't know what style of glasses I was looking for but Anita was able to help me by selecting glasses that would work well with my face. She was very polite and was very informative throughout the entire process. All of the staff helped out as much as they could to make sure I left the store being happy with my purchase.

Absolutely excellent customer service!! We, my 22 year old and I, have been in several times to order and to pick up. Every time we were greeted with smiles and a willingness to help. Despite our change of minds during the ordering process, and the need to restart our order, our representative was kind and helpful. Never once did I feel like I needed to hurry.
