My appointment was at 5:45. I was checked in at 5:45 at the same time as another customer. She was there first. I looked for frames for 30 minutes then sat and waited another 15. When I asked about it I was just told they'd been behind all day. Why they didn't say that when I was checked in I don't know. I should have been given an option. I part after an hour which is longer than I should have. They get the 2 stars for what I believe is the manager. Very helpful with picking out frames.
