I went in on 2/17 and was told my lenses would be in in about a week, went in today and was told they weren’t ordered until 2/21 when I brought in my frames. They also didn’t measure my oc height nor my daughter today when I purchased a pair for her, when she has a very high cyl which requires accurate measurements. Waiting for a call from a manager since the employees had no idea what I was talking about when I said I had been told my glasses would be cut and ready in an hour. I just want a refund and to go elsewhere.
RecommendedI went to the Visionworks on Hwy 100 & National. I highly recommend this location. It’s the end of the year so I knew it would be busy. The staff & doctor were great all around. They were very personable & friendly. I was greeted right away when I walked in. My appointment was scheduled for 10:30am & I was seen at 10:27am. showed up for my 1115 apt at 11. told it was double booked and i could wait to see if the other person showed up. when they did i was told i had to make another apt. they even told the person putting the paperwork into the computer to wait so there wouldnt be a paper trail. if other would have started the process when i got there i would have been half ways done by the time the other person got their paperwork done as it was 1130 when they told me i had to reschedule and the other person was still doing their paperwork.
This place is great and the workers are friendly. They have great promotions. I highly recommend coming here for all your vision needs.
We received wonderful care today. It was crazy busy but they still got us back on time. My insurance company was down because of the end of the year rush, but the staff worked diligently to get things pushed through. We were still in and out in under an hour!
Ordered my glasses today Aariah was a great help this is my 2nd year working with her. I have to say she is patient and I feel she gives an honest opinion. I am indecisive and came in several different times to look over my options. Everyone was friendly, I would recommend this Visionworks to everyone I know that needs glasses.

I received amazing customer service today from this location. I had 2 representatives help me find a solution for broken frames for my son. They were compassionate, expeditious and so very kind. This location will get my business again... So happy!
