Mankato, Mn Went in to replace the back ear grip of my Nike glasses. They could not help me. The manager told me that they do not stock spare parts, which is fine I asked for one to be ordered in and she said they could not do that either. I had another pair of glasses that were Gant and had a mfg defect. They could not help me because it was past a year of my purchase. Is it possible to give less than one star? Glasses were given to us with cracks. We were promised replacements in the mail. Two weeks later they are now telling me to drive two hours back to their store to correct them there. Lie much? I have demanded the glasses or a refund and still have neither. Sounds like a police report will be filed soon.
Visionworks?? You should be called shamworks!!!! Never will go there again!!!
Wasted a half hour trying on frames. NO ONE offered any help or even said hello. Asked for help but no one came over. The three girls were very busy having coffee. Let's see if customer service answers my letter. Don't plan to go back to the Sayreville nj location. Used them for 30 years. Poor customer service cost them a loyal customer.
0 stars, they lie, they glasses are not any better than Americas contacts.
