Absolutely worst company my wife and I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with. First they lied about taking insurance, they performed the exam and then told us we owed $104. Ok no big deal simple misunderstanding, but then they wouldn't release the prescription for either the glasses nor the contacts for over 2 weeks and when they did the prescription was wrong. This brings us to the dilemma of having more than one pair of glasses that have the wrong prescription and leaving for vacation in Europe in four days.... read more
