I was charged an additional $110 for an antiglare coating on my lenses that I was not offered and didn't not request. I specifically stated that all I wanted to pay for was my frames, glasses lenses, eye exam and contact eye exam. I told the man the exact same order three times. I checked my receipt when I got home because I was so ready to get out of this crappy store. They need better technicians. Got glasses 3 weeks ago after 1 week I discovered the inset section on my computer glasses was cut wrong. Went back the following Saturday and they tried some sort of adjustment. How do you adjust a miss cut. I told them I wanted a new lens made. They said Ok and they should be in about a week. They call and say they have them in a week later. I go there and drop them off since it would take about an hour. I say that will be fine. The store in Weatherford tx needs lessons in customer service,today makes 4 times lenses go back,eye Dr next door says they should've come him the first time the lenses were wrong,today their manager Kayla told me that even though I had tried the glasses on twice that I hadn't pour then on enough to tell they were wrong,I saw before I ever put them on that the progressive was wrong,then they try to give me a cheapo case instead of the nike case they are to come with,hopefully the call to corporate will save the next people t... read more

Made an appointment a week in advance, waited in the store for 20 minutes only to find out there was no optometrist. Seriously!?!
Worst customer service ever. I decided to return a frame that were two big on my face after a day of the purchase. They did a return on the credit card and all was good. 30 minutes later they start blowing up my phone. Once I got a chance I called back and they're telling me the frames were missing a piece? After they had thoroughly inspected them at the store NOW they're missing a piece?! Unbelievable. Now I have to wait for their manager to give me a call back to see what happens.
