Demasiado caro solo por los vidrios, yo lleve mis propuos aros y aun asi pague mucho por solo los vidrios, la que me atendio me sijo que tenia credito para un segundo par y resulta que no solo me entregaron los que yo lleve total entre aseguranza y lobque yo pague 380 dollar solo por los vidrios
RecommendedTonight I had such an amazing experience with Visionworks in Exton, Pa. My glasses had broken and since COVID has been wreaking havoc, I was not able to get them fixed. But, after seeing I was using a sandwich bread twist tie to hold the frame and lens together, they swapped my lenses out and put into a new frame (same frame=bonus!). All while I waited! So grateful for the help! JG

Nobody will answer the phone when I try to make an appointment. So, I will go elsewhere for my vision needs.
Customer service. Answer a phone once in a while. In the least, be honest on your recording and say flat out that nobody will be answering the phone no matter how long you wait on the phone.

WHY ARE THERE NO EYE DOCTOR APPOINTMENTS FROM TODAY THROUGH THE END OF OCTOBER?????? 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔 WHY IS THERE NO ANSWERING MACHINE SO I CAN LEAVE A MESSAGE???? 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔 And, I tried going to the store, BUT ONLY PEOPLE WITH AN APPOINTMENT CAN ENTER THE STORE!!!!!! 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔

I have gone here for years and now pay cash for all of my vision expenses. I bought a $300 pair of glasses but cannot get an employee to correctly adjust them to my face. This morning I was made to wait outside of the store and the woman working handed them to me and said this is the best they are going to get, without ever seeing how they fit my face. I had to ask for a mirror. They are loose on my ear and still uncomfortable. I will be shopping elsewhere in the future.
Very unorganized, unfriendly, and make you feel like you’re a burden being there. They also mess up the order a lot and order the wrong glasses or they lose the glasses and have to re-order them. I can’t wait to get my daughters glasses and be done with them. It’s unfortunate because they have really cute glasses.
