DeWayne was awesome. Had trouble at the Merriam location about getting lenses replaced they wanted to charge me $50, for their poor workmanship, that were less than 1 year old and the anti glare coating was coming off making the glasses foggy and unwearable. I went to the Ward Parkway location and DeWayne was very quick to get me taken care of. He is going to call and get my records and replace the lenses without any addional charge. Very happy customer!!!! Thank you DeWayne!!!!

Had appt scheduled today. When I arrived, there was one other person there and she was already being helped. The woman took my name, and my temperature, and told me to sit just a minute. Then she cane and told me to sit in the waiting area near the exam rooms. I sat there for OVER AN HOUR. People walking past At least three others were taken in for exams before me. I purchased a pair of glasses from Visionworks in December 2919. By Sept 2020 the anti glare coating was coming off making my glasses foggy and unwearable. The ladies at the Merriam store would not stand behind the workmanship or lack thereof, instead I needed to purchase the extended warranty and some other service for a total cost of $50, in order to replace the lenses. Great service. Dr.Emilia Runey is super sweet. Answered all my questions and helped me understand my eye exam and my results. Alex M where you get your frames made is very informative to and showed me all the prices I needed and what I was looking for in glasses to help me day to day. answer the phone. called for 3 days on hold over 20 minutes no one ever picked up the line. When I drove 30 minutes to go to the store, I mentioned that I could not get thru and person at the desk was very sarcastic. However, the person that helped me with my purchase was very sweet.
This is the most unorganized office I have ever experienced , ordered contacts 4 months ago still can’t get an answer on why I don’t have my contacts yet ! We have paid a lot of $$ at this office! And don’t try to call them no one will answer !!! I will not ever recommend vision works to anyone and next time I will be going else where !!!

I came here because they take my insurance. I usually go to LensCrafters. They have now messed up my very simple prescription twice. I am beyond livid. The ones they gave me are so off, they make me violently ill. The first pair had to be redone because they just didn’t make them right. Now I have to go in AGAIN and see if they can pretend to fix them. If they didn’t take my insurance I would be long gone and I will probably still be done with this place. Avoid at all costs.
