Trying to get a hold of VisionWorks is a joke! I have been trying to call every day for over two weeks. No one ever answers the phone. Every day I have called at least once and waited for over 45 minutes on hold EVERY DAY! No one ever answers. I have tried their chat feature that is supposedly open from 9am - 6pm. I have been waiting for more than 35 minutes and no one has responded. WORST SERVICE EVER!
RecommendedThe ladies that were working were very friendly and kind. They explan to me my benefit and made sure the glasses i picked were the ones for me.

We had a terrible time at this store. They booked our appointments before the insurance would pay for them. Instead of trying to help with the situation. The fellow demanded the money for the appointments and basically told us to get out of the store. We have been going here for years nothing had changed with our insurance so I do not understand why or how any of this could have happened but being treated like this was not acceptable at all!!

I have been trying to get a hold of someone for a hr n no one never even answered the phone like what a joke
Do these people ever answer the phone!!??? And the online is no help neither.
this place is worthless. be prepared to wait a month to get your glasses. and that's if they were made correctly the first time. I would get my money back an go somewhere else but they are holding my insurance claim hostage and say it could take 3 weeks to get my money back! insurance company notified.....

The worst customer service I've experienced in a long time! First, let me just say Mohammad Mukhtarzada was great! He was very patient and answered every question I had. We discussed contact options for dry eyes. After his visit, he gave me samples of two one-a-day contacts (as they are better for dry eyes) to try and told me to call in in a FEW DAYS with which one of the two contact brands I liked best.
