Ok so my glasses broke today. I was hit in the face by a door (don't ask�). I went to Visionworks absolutely sure I'd never find another pair of my favorite, the most awesome glasses I've ever owned again. Not only did they have a pair almost exactly the same, the frames were on sale! I get transitions, thin lenses (the whole shebang) so they went and pulled another pair just like them and made me a temporary pair until my Cadillac pair comes in 7-10 days from now. Thank you Visionworks! #customerforlife
I love this place! I took all 4 of my kids at the same time and we were in and out in 2 hours. 3 of the kids needed glasses and they were ready the next morning. The staff was so friendly and the Dr. was great.
I called to make sure they were in network for my insurance and the told me they were, so I scheduled an appointment. After the eye exam, they told me how much the charges were and I questioned them but went ahead and paid because I couldn't remember exactly how much I was supposed to be charged. The next day I reviewed my benefits to see how much the charges were supposed to be. I then called the Visionworks and they then told me that they were not in network and that I'd have to speak to the business manager to dispute my ... read more
