I just had a great visited at visionworks at the white marsh location the staff are very friendly and it's very nice and clean. princess was the beautiful lady that helped me and she was very funny and friendly she has a great personality I would recommend anybody to go there and get a eye exam plus a great pair of glasses.
The staff at the White Marsh location let me down today. They scheduled my appointment at the time the doctor took her lunch. The doctor was not friendly. The staff seemed more concerned with personal conversations than taking care of customers. Outside of picking up my nephews glasses tomorrow I don’t think I will return.
Amber was so professional and courteous. She needs a raise!!! She went the extra mile for me because she was aware of how bad my vision is. My car insurance is very thankful for her. She’s also hot.
Recently bought a pair of glasses at this location! Ms Johnson and her staff are phenomenal and the service was just impeccable and outstanding! I have referred friends and I will return!! My eyes are definitely on them!!
Just picked up my new pair of glasses today I love white Marsh location!! Everytime I go in the staff is like family they are so amazing!! Pryncess she the best I love her!!! Thanks again visionworks at White Marsh!! ���
I cannot thank the staff enough for their patience and kindness in helping me and my family of 5 get eye exams, pick out glasses and the pricing. What a blessing that everything was within our budget, you have the business of this family for life.

My visit was great from the greeting as I walked through the door, the assistance in choosing the right frames, to the final visit of picking up my glasses. Everyone made sure I was pleased and my transactions went well. Jena Johnson is a great manager and very professional.
