Worse place ever! Never will i spend a coin here again! I've been trying to get my contacts since February. They closed for the pandemic i get that but never contacted the people who had existing appointment to reschedule when they opened back up. I needed different brand because the first trial was uncomfortable. Finally get an appointment and was told the doctor couldn't see me because i made the wrong type of appointment. I have called for over a month trying to get in touch with the manager. I have even spoken with corporate, who also called and emailed you. You botched my glasses order right before Covid. Kathy (spelling?) the manager said she would call me when the lab was back open so they could remake my order, that was over a month ago. Very dissatisfied with the service, no one is that busy.

My husband got new glasses here a few weeks ago. The prescription was wrong. He went back to the store to get it rectified because he cannot see through the new glasses. He was told he had to make an appointment. He made the appointment and when he arrived the store was closed. He called corporate and they said the store had been without power and he had to make another appointment - someone would call him back. That was a week ago! I was Seen here may 18 2020 for contacts. I purchased contacts and was told they would be in by june 1st..well the 1st has came and went.. I have called and left numerous messages with no response. I then made an appt for today june 24 2020 at 5pm.. I confirmed my appt and everything however I get there and they were closed. There were others who had appts today who was unable to be seen because they were closed. Please have associates confirm the prescription power prior to ordering lense/contacts. I just recieved my contacts in the mail, and again, it is the incorrect prescription. It's 3 sets of numbers for each eye, and yet they managed to get it wrong again! The original order was placed in December!

Last time I will ever go to a VisionWorks! They out source to Texas to make the glasses instead of being able to cut the lenses in the store! Special customization just went down the toilet! Can't even make cut two lenses the same way to put in the same frame! Lost a customer yesterday that had been using them for years. Guess that won't matter to them. I won't be recommending them anymore. Took almost 4 weeks to ship a poorly made pair of glasses that I refused to take and had my money returned. I couldn't see out of the si... read more
