RecommendedAt first I was hesitant as I’ve never needed glasses before, went in for a vision test, found that I could use glasses to improve my vision. I was able to order my glasses and lenses with my insurance and a little out of pocket money, the glasses came in early fit perfect, and I can see things I struggled to see before

Horrible. Every time I come here, there’s some ridiculous screwup with insurance and I end up being overcharged. Nobody knows who told me what, and there’s no communication with other stores. The doctors are sufficient, but the store operation itself is painfully inept. The only reason I keep coming here is because they’re the only ones who accept my insurance, and usually mess something up with that.
RecommendedSince I arrived early for my 1:15 appointment, I thought I would have to wait. No sooner did I finish filling out my paperwork, then I was called back for my exam. Kathy K. was especially helpful picking out glasses for me and making the ordering process so easy and pleasant. I would definitely recommend Visionworks in White Marsh next time you need an eye exam.
I had an appointment and the lady at the counter lied about the manager calling me to tell me about their system being down. I would have to reschedule and not only that if I stayed I would have to pay out pocket instead of using my insurance. The worse customer service ever.

I would never recommend this place they change my daughter's appointment and gave out her information over the phone with somebody that was not me did not verify any of her information and she is a minor
