We went to the store to order my husband some glasses. We were there a good 15 min and not a single employee talked us. My husband found several frames he liked but we will take our business elsewhere. We would have even been ok with a ”we will be right with you” but no one even said hi. Two other customers were approached by an employee who asked if they needed help. She literally had to walk right past my husband and didn't say anything!

Justin in the lab always manages to get my giant lenses in my favorite frames just right. I’ve had my glasses for 2 years now and haven’t had a problem yet. Can’t wait to update my look and get great service with good quality!
I previously bought glasses in another city that I was very unhappy with. When I started asking question, I found out it was because my lens are so thick that they flared the ear pieces out. In Victoria, Justin came out of the lab to help me choose frames that would work. Much appreciated.
Justin provided expert service in not only making my glasses, but helping me and my family get what we needed. Bea called my doctor to make some adjustments to my script to something they could do that would work better for me. They are great people which is why we keep going back!
