We went to the store to order my husband some glasses. We were there a good 15 min and not a single employee talked us. My husband found several frames he liked but we will take our business elsewhere. We would have even been ok with a ”we will be right with you” but no one even said hi. Two other customers were approached by an employee who asked if they needed help. She literally had to walk right past my husband and didn't say anything!

Justin in the lab always manages to get my giant lenses in my favorite frames just right. I’ve had my glasses for 2 years now and haven’t had a problem yet. Can’t wait to update my look and get great service with good quality!

When I started asking question, I found out it was because my lens are so thick that they flared the ear pieces out. In Victoria, Justin came out of the lab to help me choose frames that would work. Much appreciated.
