Needed new noise pieces on my glasses in Victoria store. Had one employee help me said she could not fix my glasses due to screw being stripped. I came back in later and had employee Sylvia help me this time she was able to fix my nose pieces with no problem. Sylvia thank you for you help.

Once again, after shopping around, I ended up purchasing my glasses at VisionWorks at Victoria Mall. I have come back to them time after time. I am always pleased with their service. Sylvia was the associate who helped me today. She was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Also, over the years I have had to come in with many a pair of broken or twisted glasses.
