I received the best customer service while here! Jacob took his time in helping pick out frames and offered suggestions etc. He gave me his full attention and also never made me feel rushed. I brought my children back on another day and Jacob extended his excellence to them as well. There is a good selection of merchandise as well as good prices and/or specials. The customer service on top of everything else would continue to have me recommend Visionworks to friends and family.

My daughter and I both needed new glasses. Jacob listen to what we said we were looking for and then helped us find some different options and styles. He offered up honest opinions about the ones we tried on, and I never felt like we were being rushed to make a decision. The store had a wide range of styles to choose from so it wasn't hard to find a pair we both loved! Very pleased with the customer service we received and it definitely will be the place we recommend and return to!
Walked in and Jacob promptly greeted me with a big smile. Gave me honest opinions of the glasses I was trying on (which is great bc I can’t see without them on) and even brought over a selection for me to try on based on my explanation of what I was looking for. I left so excited to get my glasses back! Jacob was great!
The staff was very quick and efficient the staff member I had was Jacob he was respectful and helped me find the best way to save money would recommend for future visits of friends family and myself
