I was very impressed by Lisette. I popped in on Saturday 2/29 within 20 minutes I had my contacts ordered and glasses picked out. She made it so easy by selecting the frame shape and color I was looking for. She even made suggestions based on the lense thickness my prescription required (thoughtful and forethought). Great customer service skill, she event processed my insurance for me. BEST retail experience I have had in a while!

Sheila is the best consultant! I would not trust my eye glass choice to anyone but her! She has taken care of my whole family since my oldest started wearing glasses around 10 or 11. Sheila spent two hours with her all those years ago and got her from tears to smiles. She made a friend for life that day and she has never ever steered us wrong in our frame choice or any extras we might want to add to our glasses. Thank you Sheila, you are the best!!
Excellent experience. Sheila was very helpful. It usually takes me hours to find a pair of glasses I like, because I am so picky. I showed Sheila what I was looking for, and she went straight to two different frames she thought I would like and they were both amazing. I usually dread when it's time for a new pair. But today I was very blessed to have Sheila's help. Thank you!!! I definitely recommend vision works to anyone in search for a new pair of glasses...

Went to get an eye exam and glasses there today and everyone there was nice and friendly. Had issue with my insurance, but talked to Lisette in the eyewear department and she went out of her way to help us figure everything out!
The entire staff is excellent. I have been going to Visionworks for approximately 20 years. They know me and my vision challenges, both when it comes to trying on and also purchasing the best glasses for my very strong prescription. Jabob was a wonderful help with my latest visit. He was patient even took my picture so I could see what I looked like in the different frames. He also found me the best deal possible when it came time to add up the cost. I heartily recommend Visionworks- and Jacob.
