My husband Bill and I had a great experience when we visited Visionworks to purchase new eyeglasses. When we walked in, we felt very welcomed. Jacob was very patient and showed great customer service. Very friendly! When I returned to pickup my glasses, I decided that I didn’t like them. Jacob made it very easy for me to return them and purchase some that I thought suited me better.

The staff and atmosphere at this place is great and the customer service was always stress free. Shelia was great with being patient with me and helping me find the best fit for my prescription with a great price. The best vision experience I gave had outside of Baltimore.
