This place enforces rules against handicap people but not against able body people. If you complain about anything they make you feel like the bad guy. In my opinion this place is a cesspool!!

I have lived here for the past 8 months and I love it here! First of all for living in Peoria my rent is reasonable, I rarely hear my neighbors, and The best part of my experience is breakfast on week days with Denise! They have such an awesome chief that greets us every morning with a smile and her breakfast is awesome, my daughter gets so excited for it! Also, I have to give a shout out to maintenance! Nice neighborhood to live in but the office staff will suck you dry of any possible fees they can get out of you. If you have more than one vehicle, you can be sure to scavenge for a parking spot and will have to walk a good distance to your apartment. My car was towed even though the manager assured me I wouldnt be. When I went back to her she barely gave me the time of day and refused to reimburse me for the tow even though it was because of their negligence. Bottom line, customer service is horrible here. I just finished up a year lease at this place, and couldn't have regretted my decision to stay here more. After moving out, I received an invoice stating that I owed $200 on top of the $250 deposit that was already taken, which I felt was full of unfair fees. I contacted the manager and respectfully expressed my opinion that the fees were unfair. She was unwilling to help me in any way and in the middle of the conversation she told me that she was gonna go so that she could go to lunch. I will never recommend this place to a... read more

My boyfriend and I just moved in and we already love it! Everyone who works here is super friendly and helpful. Maintenance is really good about fixing things quickly. 10/10 recommend!
I live here with my partner and daughter and we love it. We moved here from Seattle and they were really helpful with the move-in process. Our apartment is beautiful and is so much cheaper compared to what we used to pay in seattle. Our neighbors are very quiet and the pool and surrounding area is always clean. Having breakfast as a family every morning has been great too! It's delicious and we save a lot of money. I would definitely recommend this place.

Anytime you need any help, you won't receive it and if you do then every person that works there has a different answer for you. If you request maintenance then don't expect anyone to come fix anything for about a week. Girls at front desk are super nice when you go to sign a lease with them but after the fact if you call with any problems they all have a really crappy attitude. And on top of all this it's very overpriced for what you get. 10/10 do not recommend.
