Seeking recertification and not working alongside consumers in the same jobs they do because management "Already knows how to do this. But I can have someone teach you I suppose." It was not a good experience. I was offended when a woman was told to keep quiet by manager for rebuking unwanted physical touch. This happened repeatedly and was improperly addressed. Seen stall member berate a clientb - Yelling screaming at a female client as she stood there crying. Witnessed a staff member push a client. Filed complaints about this with CNS Waterford office and nothing was done about it. Some staff members should not be working at the clubhouse around people with mental health issues as they don't treat them right.

Visions staff are extraordinary in their compassion and efforts to help their clients, many of whom have no family or friends on the outside. My brother had gone there for more than two years and it has made such a difference in his life. He did not experience such kindness at another clubhouse. Director Shawn and staff, thank you so much!

This is a great Clubhouse to be a part of. It helps people who are diagnosed with a mental illness to get back on their feet again. Centered around a work order day(WOD), it helps individuals learn new skills and relearn old ones so that they may reenter the larger community. I highly recommend it. Clubhouses work, and Visions Clubhouse is an exceptional one.
