I thought it was good – Well...I'm surprised at what you guys are saying! Or maybe it was bad, but I guess they heard you guys. Regardless, my experience was quite nice. The management is really nice and the employee's are very friendly. The doctor has a bit of an asian accent, but definitely passable. He seemed like the nice and quiet guy. The wait time was a bit long, 2 hours. But then the low prices are totally worth a extra hour of waiting. NOT A DEAL – *I gave one star cause you have too* The free glasses that come with your deal for contacts are plastic from 1940. Of course you can upgrade for extra $$$. The staff was beyond rude!! The doc has a really heavy accent and is really overbooked for time. I have had to argue with someone every time I had to go back in even for simple requests, just sign in and you'll get barked at. They screwed up my contact order and insisted I paid for the re-order of the correct lens. I thought at my first visit maybe it was jus... read more

Only go here if you have a full day to waste! – Without an appt, you will wait 6 hours; with an appt you will wait 5 hours. Once I found out it will take 2wks to get the glasses, I asked for the prescription because I was going to go somewhere else (in addition to get glasses sooner) but they refused to give me a copy of my prescription. I had already purchased the prescription & frames from them; I just wanted a copy of the prescription. This place is horrible. Don't even think about going there... – The staff is very unprofessional; they absolutely don't care about their patients/customers at all. Where to start?? Well I went in to get contacts for the first time and usually from what I have heard they will give you trials until you figure out what brand works best for you...Well not in here…They give you what they want (of course the cheapest) and if you are not happy with that brand then you have to come in again and get fitted and of course pay AGAIN!!!! PLEASE AVOID - Terrible Customer Service including Manger! – Where Do I Start? I know it is long but PLEASE READ THIS ALL........ *Doctor and staff barely speak English...hard to understand *Glasses took 2 weeks to come in... *Ordered glasses with a new frame (frame that was on display floor was scratched) when I went to pick up the glasses they had used the scratched frames from the floor and never ordered new ones....not to mention the lenses on the brand new glasses were scratched and had a piece of wire sticking out from... read more

Avoid This Place – I have tried for 3 months to get a pair of glasses I can see out of. The lenses are made badly and they can't get them right. Their bottom line, they will refund 1/2 of what I paid (in advance) for the glasses and give me nothing.
