I was referred by a team member, but I do not plan to return. Purchased frames and returned to questioned whether they could be re painted. Very poor customer service when I returned. I left expecting I would be contacted. To date, I still am waiting on a call. To make matters worse, my framed break while I was at work. I have been wearing glasses for 42 years and normally keep my frames. They are all in great shape.

Very bad service long waiting to get poor service staff is unprofessional not what a eye doctors office should be like . Lots of people in rooms limited space under staffed as to quailified trained staff just hire anyone to call out names . Then it took weeks to get my pair of glasses and the scam is no two for one unless you don't care what you ware . By the way Iam spanish
HORRIBLE!!!!!! NOT ONLY is this a total scam financially - the staff are RUDE. You will NOT save money and you will LOSE VALUABLE TIME - time wasted dealing with not only rude but verbally aggressive staff.
Dont go to this place. They are rude and very unprofessional.
