Absolutely love this place. My family and I have been going there for years. The staff is great and always nice. The Doctor is amazing and is always willing to help if you’re in financial need. We love this place!
This place sucks they don't answer your calls when you're trying to find out if your prescriptions or your frames are there they give you the runaround they tell you your frames are going to be there in 2 weeks and it goes past the two weeks and they're still saying about the insurance is still trying to approve them when it came to the appointment and the lenses the insurance approved that but you're telling me that the frames are not approved yet that makes no sense and this place seems the kind of place that if you don't ... read more
It was so refreshing to visit the office today. I’m always greeted with a smile. Camilo and all staff are always attentive to my needs and requests. Dr. Germaine was extremely thorough and professional during my exam a few weeks ago. I returned today 5/14, and again I had a fantastic experience. My new glasses are beautiful and I am satisfied with my prescription. Thank you to everyone at Visionique Family Eye Care.
