I absolutely loved the doctor as well as the young lady that did my actual eye test. The only thing is I showed a picture of the contacts I wear so that I could get a new prescription I wear daily’s but was prescribed weekly’s thank goodness I was still in the office they quickly corrected it.
Overall a good experience. The wait was longer than the Alabaster location. They seemed short staffed. The entrance is in the back of the building. Park in the shade....
I really need a manager to call me. I had an eye appt on May 15th. They gave me a couple of different contacts to try and told me to reach back out with the ones I like the best. I called multiple times, messaged and was finally able to get ahold of someone on June 30th. They finally got my contacts ordered. I got a message saying they are ready to pick up. My wife came today to pick them up and she was told they were sent to the Trussville location. They tried to tell her I ordered them from there. That makes no since. I've... read more
I went to vision first due to needing glasses for my baby. During the initial visit (March 2025) the staff was very knowledgeable. She was fitted and due to her unique situation many phone calls were made between their lab to make sure her glasses could be made. Fast forward to a month later I call to check on the order and was told they haven’t arrived. I called again 2 weeks later to be told the same thing.
